Return Policy
All orders are individually made per order selection, as such, returns will only be accepted due to manufacture error or product defect. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your sales receipt. We recommend that you insure your package and keep receipts. We also recommend you to track the shipment, we cannot be responsible for shipments we do not receive. We reserve the right to inspect and return to you any item that is not acceptable for return, unless due to manufacture error or product defect. Shipping charges are not refundable. If damage occurred during shipment please contact us immediately at downcreekcomforters.com or by phone at 724-355-2299 a claim must be filed using the package tracking number with the carrier.

Shipping Policies
Shipping is done via UPS Ground Service with in the continental U.S. Shipment to Alaska,Hawaii and Canada will be shipped via
UPS Ground or USPS. Please allow approximately two weeks delivery.
E-mail or call for shipment rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the continental U.S. Foreign customers are responsible for import duties and fees. For orders placed online you will be notified by e-mail of the shipping charges outside of the continental U.S.

Shipping will be from the North Carolina factory with in 24 to 48 hours from receipt of order.
Rush deliveries will also be shipped UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air at an additional cost based on box weight and size. Please e-mail or call for rate quote.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier UPS or USPS and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
